Problem: The FBI fostered no provisions to email pictures to them. i could not send them a link to the pictures without making them public.

Solution: I printed out the pictures and mailed them through the U.S. Postal Service.

Update: I mailed the pictures over a week ago so the F.B.I. must have gotten them by now.
