Just because the multitudes believe it doesn't necessarily make it true.
Just because it's true doesn't necessarily mean the multitudes believe it.
However sometimes the multitudes believe the truth, whatever it is, and
thereby fortify it. When the multitudes are educated in science, the matter
is simple. However when an ailment like depression is diagnosed to be
caused by "some kind of demon," (Pat Robertson); civilization has undergone
a regressive destruction of 1000 years at the hand of a hypocritical bigot.

Christianity), the result is powerful. However when an ailment is cured by
faith alone, there is no place for science to trump it in denial of faith,
but learn by it instead.
