The troll continues to post it's nonsense in a clearly dead forum. Still
obsessed with 6StringStu and Jack, though neither appear to be
reciprocating. And for some reason, member Jerry wastes time replying to the
troll, who wastes it's time posting c&p stuff that most likely goes unread.
I log in to USENET once-in-a-while, to see what, if anything, is going on in
the many groups I once participated in. Sometimes there's a blip of
activity, but mostly it's just spammers and trolls. Back to packing,... I
have a lot to do before settlement on my new home. Looking forward to home
ownership.

3 - bedroom townhouse with new heat/AC, w/d units, kit stove, roof, interior
doors, freshly painted, recent window upgrade, electric upgrade, sewer/water
line upgrades. I'm paying about half what prices for houses here go for, but
that's because it will need some work. New kitchen is numero uno. Also needs
to have the floors redone; was carpeting and vinyl over linoleum, now it's
just linoleum. Planning on installing wood laminate and tile. Located in a
nice suburban subdivision with a local farmer's market nearby. Since I know
the troll is going to ask... Sis & BF are planning on selling and relocating
to elsewhere in the state, hopefully closer to his new job, which he now has
a long commute to.

housing unit. And it was less than 2 decades. Nobody left me money (Mom is

brick townhouse, in a nice suburban subdivision, enjoying the AC on a hot
summer day. There a lots of people receiving Social Security benefits who
have their own homes, many of them posted in this forum. As I recall, Stu
even had his own home, but sold it when he moved to Florida. And he got
approval for assistance from USDA Rural Development for $25,000 for a home
in FL. Though finding a $25k home that will pass HUD/FmHa inspection to get
the assistance is a bit difficult, unless you want to live in a bad
neighborhood in the city. I found out about a number of county, state and
federal (HUD) programs that help low-income families and individuals with
good credit scores, purchase their first home. I got a pre-approval from a
mortgage company (AnnieMac) for up to $63,000. New Castle County has lot's
of modest suburban townhouses in the $50k to $125k range. I'm not living in
a mansion by any means, but it is actually nicer than the subsidized
building I lived in for 16 years. No PB plumbing, no leaks, no mold, no
crappy landlord to deal with. I have more space (going from a 725 sq ft
apartment to a 1025 sq ft townhouse), and the neighborhood is fairly quiet.
It's a mix of young families, senior citizens and disable folk like myself.
I don't have to deal with drunk college students and noisy trains crossing
the nearby intersection disrupting my sleep, or the heavy traffic you get
living on main street in any city. Despite your incredulity, I sit here in
my living room in my newly financed home, replying to this post. I sort of

online, and she pays to host her domain, for the server who hosts her site,

bulk of her customers are Asian, as the bulk of her business comes from
Asian companies, and the time zones are vastly different, so communication
is done strictly through the business email associated with the website. As
it is, she's now dropped the landline, and is switching to cell service.
She doesn't operate a business from home that relies on generating income
from telephone sales.

You ass-u-me to much without knowing the facts in regard to my obtaining a
mortgage to buy a home, and in regard to the type of business my sister
operates.

Auto-dialers can call ANY and ALL numbers because they can dial every
single number in a numerical sequence, none get skipped. And many of
those auto-dialers are located outside the US, so US law does not
apply to them.
