My coworker doesn't do his work. When I start my shift I have his work to do as well as my own. I gave up documenting it since nothing ever got done. He still didn't do his work. Then my boss walked in on him and discovered nothing was done. She found out for herself. She was mad. She told me to document it from now on, so I will document it again. This time she may take my documentation more seriously. Either way my coworker isn't going to change. He might change for a day or two, but after that he'll backslide into the same old neglect. I wish they'd fire him, get it over with and hire someone else.

He doesn't:

empty the indoor trash, sweep the restrooms and lobby, empty the outdoor trash, clean the restrooms, stock the restrooms, mop the restrooms, mop the lobby, vacuum the lobby, clean the ledges, clean the windows, pick up grounds trash, stock the office or stock the cart.

He doesn't do anything.

All he does is sit in the office and play games on his phone. He relies on the shift before him and the shift after him to do all of his work. Maybe I am his biggest victim, but I only get paid to work, not manage employees, whether it is my work or someone else's.

On November 28 I'll have 5 years in at this place. Before then I had 5 years in at the bank. I quit the bank. It didn't pay as much. My coworker came down with dementia. They hired her grandson. I didn't get along with him. All this time I've been on SSDI working part time.

I only work 24 hours a week due to the stress, but the stress is creeping up on me for the only 24 hours a week I work. My health is getting worse as I grow older. I am trying to stay on top of it. Despite all of my complaints and problems I still like my job mostly because there's minimal stress and it's something I can do. I like it better than the bank. For instance at the bank at the start of my shift I always had to find someplace to park. At this job I don't have to worry about parking.

Your coworker isn't the problem. The problem is your boss.
