My mother died on Dec 4. The following 7th day I went to the service. She
wasn't there, she donated her body to anatomy practice. Cancer is really
hideous. She wanted to die pretty badly. I even prayed the Lord take her.
Finally she died. No assets, no probate, no executor; no problems. Now
she's gone. I'm on medication that dulls out my emotions. I feel no grief.
I just didn't want to see her suffer.

I channeled my energies and poured them into fixing up a couple computers,
and now they're all done. One is a back-up computer for my girlfriend and
the other is just for me. I got the browser in one to work by resetting the
stack. I got the browser in the other to work by installing a Service Pack.
Then the browsers work and I installed an antivirus on both of them. I
guess next I need to fix the DVD drive in one of them so it basically just
opens when I push the button. Is that much to ask? It sat unused for a
long time so it must be jammed or something.

For Christmas I bought 40 calculators from Ebay. I kept one for me and gave
away the rest. That's the extent of my holiday.

have a good evening. Jon G.

My condolences, Jon. I am sure that your Mother would be proud to know
how you are helping so many people, both on and off the net.

I KNOW THE FEELIN.. I HAD CANCER IN 4/2015 AM ned NOW BUT ALSO hiv+ AND MOM HAS STAGE 4 LUNG CANCER. I HAVE ASKED GOD FOR A GOOD YEAR FOR SO MANY YEARS NOW AND I DO NOT THINK I AM GOING TO GET ONE. I FEAR EVERYDAY ABOUT MY MOTHER AND I FEAR THAT MY CANCER MIGHT COME BACK. I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO TREATMENT AGAIN.AS IT IS I CANT HARDLY EAT OR SWALLOW MUCH BECAUSE OF THE RADIATION. I HAVE BEEN EATING MACORONI FOR THE ;AST YEAR FOR BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER.I HAVE HAD A FEW SCARES ALREADY AND NOTHING EXCEPT SOME SECONDARY INFECTION IN MY LUNGS WHICH THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS FINDING THE PRIMARY REASON. THE WAY THINGS ARE GOING BY 2100 IF THERE IS NO CURE BY THEN I DO BELIEVE THAT ALMOST EVERYONE WILL HAVE SOME TYPE OF CANCER.IF YOU LOOK AT THE ODDS OF GETTING CASNCER OVER THE YEARS YOU WILL SEE THAT IT CONTINUES TO AFFECT MORE AND MORE PEOPLE AS A PERCENTAGE OF THE POPULATION. IF YOUR MALE AND YOU REACH YOUR 80'S YOU ARE MOST DEFINITLY LIKELY TO GET PROSTATE CANCER. THE BEST TO YOU JON AND I HOPE THAT PAIN WILL FADE A LITTLE WITH TIME
